Roasted Cocoa Nibs – Single Origin Grenada

The bean before it becomes chocolate.

These are roasted Grenadian cocoa nibs, cracked from the same fine flavour cacao grown through the Grenada Cocoa Farmers Association that goes into every Spice Isle bar. Nothing added. Just the bean at a different stage.

Earthy and dry with a deep cocoa intensity, a satisfying crunch, and a finish that opens up the longer you chew. Best on their own, folded into granola, or used to finish a bowl of yogurt or oatmeal. A different way to experience the origin.

One ingredient: Grenadian cocoa beans.
