What kind of chocolate do you sell?

All of our bars are handcrafted dark chocolate made from Grenadian cocoa beans.

How does your chocolate taste?

Our chocolate is smooth and rich with less bitterness than typical dark chocolate because it is small batch and carefully roasted to preserve favourable tasting notes.

What cocoa percentages do your bars have?

Our chocolate bars range from 60% to 100% cocoa, with common options at 60%, 70%, 85%, 90%, and 100%, highlighting the natural flavours of the beans.

How are the bars made?

The cocoa beans we use follow centuries-long agricultural traditions in growing, harvesting, and fermentation, which are essential for flavour development. Our chocolate is made in small batches using the best hand selected beans, lightly roasted, ground for a minimum of 24 hours, then hand tempered and packaged.
