Experience authentic bean-to-bar chocolate making with single-origin Grenadian cacao. Led by founder Tevon Pierre, our workshops and tastings offer something rare in Toronto: real chocolate making from whole cacao bean to finished bar.
Bean-to-Bar Chocolate Making Workshop
Our signature hands-on experience where you'll taste raw and roasted beans, crack and winnow cacao, work with a melanger, and learn the craft of real chocolate making.
