Processing Time
We take great care in preparing your order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Please allow up to 2 business days for us to process and package your order before shipping.
Shipping Schedule
To protect your chocolate from heat, we ship orders Monday to Thursday only. We do not ship on weekends, as we want to avoid your package sitting in a warehouse where it could be exposed to warmth or delays.
Domestic Shipping (Canada)
We ship across Canada.
- Free Shipping: Available across most Canadian postal codes (K, L, M, N, P1–P3, P7). Free shipping is not applicable to PO box addresses.
- Remote Regions: Postal codes starting with P0, P4–P6, P8, or P9 are considered remote.

International Shipping (U.S. & UK)
We now ship to the United States and the United Kingdom. International shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Please note that customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery.
Summer Shipping
During warmer months, all orders are shipped with ice packs to help your chocolate arrive in excellent condition. Despite our best efforts, some melting may still occur. We recommend tracking your shipment and retrieving it promptly upon delivery to minimize exposure to heat.
Delivery Times
Once shipped, most Canadian orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on location. Remote areas may take a few extra days. International delivery times vary by destination and will be estimated at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll work with you to make things right, whether through a replacement or refund.
Address Changes & Order Modifications
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately at hello@spiceislechocolate.com. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to make modifications.
