Three bars of our 60% Classic Dark, made from single-origin fine flavour cacao grown through the Grenada Cocoa Farmers Association, fermented on the island, and ground in small batches in Toronto.

Medium roast character, a round finish with notes of dried fruit and cocoa, and a texture that holds through the melt. The bar we recommend to anyone who says they don't know where to start.

Two ingredients: Grenadian cocoa beans, organic cane sugar.
