The Classics Collection brings together 70% Classic Dark, 60% Classic Dark, and 85% Bold Dark, all made from single-origin fine flavour cacao grown through the Grenada Cocoa Farmers Association, fermented on the island, and ground in small batches in Toronto. One origin, three intensities, one clean look at what Grenadian cocoa can do.
