The cocoa comes from fine flavour cacao grown through the Grenada Cocoa Farmers Association, an island whose volcanic soil and humid climate produce some of the most expressive cocoa in the Caribbean. Harvested by hand, fermented on the island, and ground in Toronto over 48 to 72 continuous hours.

Deep cocoa aroma, a long finish with notes of warm earth and dried fruit, and a texture that stays smooth well past the melt. Bold without being sharp.

Two ingredients: Grenadian cocoa beans, organic cane sugar.
