Our semisweet dessert bar, studded with whole, unroasted cashews for a satisfying crunch. Left unroasted, the cashews stay mild so the Grenadian cacao leads every bite. A limited-run indulgence worth savouring.

Why this bar

Single-origin fine flavour cacao from Grenada. Bean-to-bar process in Toronto: we roast, crack, winnow, grind, and temper in-house. No emulsifiers, no artificial flavours.

Semisweet (45% cacao)

Smooth and gently sweet, with enough chocolate depth to stand up to the crunch of a whole cashew.

50 g bar. Vegan. Dairy-free. Gluten-free.
