Three bars of our 70% Sea Salt, made from single-origin fine flavour cacao grown through the Grenada Cocoa Farmers Association, fermented on the island, and ground in small batches in Toronto. A touch of sea salt flakes lifts the aromatic complexity of the Grenadian cocoa, drawing out notes that the chocolate alone holds in reserve.

Bold cocoa up front, a brief mineral finish, and a texture that stays smooth from first crack to last. One of our most reordered bars.
