Simple Cocoa Tea Recipe:

  1. Ingredients:
    • 1 Grenadian Cocoa Tea Ball
    •  2 cups of hot water or milk (dairy or non-dairy)
    • Optional: Sweetener (sugar, honey, or maple syrup) to taste
  2. Instructions:
    • Boil water or heat milk in a saucepan.
    • Add one cocoa tea ball to the hot liquid.
    • Stir until the cocoa ball dissolves completely.
    • Taste and add sweetener if desired.
    • Pour into your favourite mug and enjoy!


French Press Method:

  1. Preheat the French Press:
    • Pour a small amount of hot water into the French press to warm it up. Swirl it around and then discard the water.
  2. Prepare the Cocoa Tea:
    • Place one Grenadian Cocoa Tea Ball into the bottom of the French press.
  3. Add Hot Liquid:
    • Heat water or milk until just below boiling. Pour 2 cups of the hot liquid over the cocoa tea ball in the French press.
  4. Steep:
    • Allow the cocoa tea ball to steep in the hot liquid for about 5-7 minutes. This will help dissolve the cocoa and infuse the spices.
  5. Plunge:
    • After steeping, gently press the plunger down to separate any remaining solids from the liquid.
  6. Serve:
