Preorders & Restocks

Why We Sell Out

At Spice Isle Craft Chocolate, we make chocolate in small batches because it is the right way to maintain exceptional quality and bring out the unique flavours of Grenadian cocoa. This hands-on approach means our products often sell out quickly, especially popular and seasonal flavours.

How We Make Each Batch

Each batch is crafted with care. We hand sort the cocoa beans, roast in small batches to bring out their island flavour, then grind and conch slowly for a smooth texture. Every bar is hand tempered, moulded, and wrapped, which takes time but ensures exceptional quality.

Preorders Explained

When a product is out of stock, you can place a preorder to secure your bars in the next batch. Preordering guarantees that you will not miss out on your favourites and also helps us plan production to meet demand.

Restock Timelines

We work hard to keep our shelves stocked with your favourite bars. Most products are restocked within four weeks of selling out. We will keep you updated on expected restock dates so you know when to expect your order.

Limited Editions

Some of our creations are limited edition releases that celebrate seasonal ingredients or special collaborations. If a product is marked as limited edition, standard restock timelines may not apply. Once these products are gone, they may not return.

Preorder Sell Outs

Sometimes products sell out through preorders before the new batch is even ready. If this happens, we will open up additional preorder slots as soon as we can confirm the next production run.

What to Expect

When you place an order that includes preorder items, your entire order will ship together as soon as the new batch is ready. We will send you updates along the way so you know exactly when to expect your chocolate to arrive.

From my hands to yours

Every bar is made with the same love for cacao that started on the farm. I’m proud to share that journey with you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who founded Spice Isle Craft Chocolate?

Tevon Pierre founded Spice Isle Craft Chocolate to create small-batch, handcrafted chocolate that highlights Grenada’s cocoa heritage.

How did Spice Isle Craft Chocolate start?

Spice Isle was founded to showcase the natural flavour of Grenadian cocoa. The brand grew from a passion for small-batch, handcrafted chocolate and a desire to connect the farm to the finished bar.

Why focus on Grenadian cocoa?

Grenada produces exceptional cocoa, yet single-origin Grenadian chocolate is rare. Cocoa is sourced directly from family farms and cooperatives to ensure quality and support local communities.

How is the chocolate made?

Spice Isle uses traditional bean-to-bar methods. Each batch is handcrafted with careful attention to roasting, grinding, and conching to highlight the unique flavours of the beans.

What makes this chocolate different from mass-produced chocolate?

Our chocolate is small-batch and made from real cocoa beans, without shortcuts or artificial ingredients. The result is smooth, rich dark chocolate with less bitterness than typical dark chocolate, featuring flavour notes of chocolatey, dark sugars, ripe fruit, and cinnamon.

Is Spice Isle working toward farm-to-bar chocolate?

Yes. The brand is developing methods to ferment and dry cocoa directly, with the goal of fully farm-to-bar production in the future.

What is Spice Isle Craft Chocolate’s mission?

The mission is to create high-quality, handcrafted chocolate while honouring Grenadian cocoa, teaching people about cocoa farming, and supporting ethical sourcing practices.

What is the philosophy behind Spice Isle Craft Chocolate?

Spice Isle is about care, craft, and connection. From growing cocoa as a child to making chocolate as an adult, we aim to share a full-circle chocolate experience that celebrates the beans, the farmers, and the joy of small-batch, handcrafted chocolate.
